Bed and Breakfast How it Works.

My son tells me I must start blogging¬† on our new web site and funnily enough some time ago I started to write a book on not so much our experiences of the day to day running of the Cornerstones Guest House but more the setting up from scratch and the working procedures, letting you know the do’s and don’ts of the B&B world.

Consequently I’m going to put a slant on it.

In what’s widely now becoming known as the credit crunch I hope to help you make some money from my 24 years experience in running our accommodation in Manchester.

People are looking for ways to subsidise there income with out having to fork out large amounts of time or money, so as I proceed through the setting up and running procedures of creating a guest house I will also relate to your home and what you can do to make money from your house with out any problems.

George the new I.T. man at work, who’s on a six month contract could make you ¬£430.00 a month.

Would you be interested! of course you would. I hope to post over two our three days at a time and you will be able to put the above to the test as we build up from having just one guest stay to running your own Bed and Breakfast, Guest House or 200 room hotel the information relates to them all.
