FACT!¬† What ever way you decide to tackle your refurbishment get all the big dirty jobs out off the way first. If you’r just starting of with one or two rooms but the roof needs replacing and a few walls and ceilings need the old plaster taking off and replacing, do these jobs first, it will take you longer to start making money but believe me it’s for the best.

Most en-suit rooms in guest houses are fitted with showers to save on room space and the cost of installing a bath. It’s a good idea to have a separate bathroom off the landing for your small non en-suite rooms and if any of the people in the rooms with showers prefer a bath there’s one there for them.
It’s also a good idea to get a plumber who will do the hole job even the studded walls, but what ever the case, he does it, you do it, with the help of the internet you may have a go.
